CRE N Illinois Winners announced at the 2019 NAIOP Chicago Awards for Excellence Nearly 1,000 CRE professionals attened NAIOP Chicago’s 2019 Awards for Excellence at Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom. The Office Redevelopment of the Year award went to 601W Companies for The Old Post Office (The Telos Group accepting). The Industrial Build-to-Suit Development of the Year award went to Seefried Properties for the Diageo project. The Industrial Speculative Development of the Year award went to Bridge Development Partners for Bridge Point Franklin Park. The Broker Transaction of the Year – Downtown Office award went to Ian Murphy and Paul Reaumond of CBRE and Jamey Dix, Daniel Heckman and Steve Smith of The Telos Group for Uber at The Old Post Office. The Broker Transaction of the Year – Suburban Office award went to Kevin Clifton, Chris Cummins, Sean Henrick and Jason West of Cushman & Wakefield and Molly Carroll, Alexa Jennings, Kevin Rogers and Andrea Van Gelder of JLL for United Airlines at 1501 Shure Drive. The Broker Transaction of the Year – Industrial award went to Traci Buckingham Payette, Jeffrey Kapcheck and Stephanie Park of CBRE and Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield for S&S Activewear at Prologis Park 355. The Broker Transaction of the Year – Office Investment award went to Lindsey Fahey and Scott Miller of JLL for McDonald’s Plaza and Campus. The Broker Transaction of the Year – Industrial Investment award went to Jeff Devine and Steve Disse of Colliers International for Fountain Square Commerce Center. The Architecture Firm of the Year award went to Ware Malcomb. The Engineering Firm of the Year award went to SPACECO, Inc. The Contractor of the Year award went to FCL Builders. The Developer of the Year award went to Bridge Development Partners. On November 14th, NAIOP Chicago hosted the the 2019 Awards for Excellence at Navy Pier’s Grand Ballroom.
