Jay Simonds has joined the Columbus, Ohio, office of V3 Companies as senior environmental project manager.
Simonds has more than 25 years of experience in this field, having managed more than 1,000 technical engineering and construction projects.
A former member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Simonds earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster in Ohio. He will focus on business development and project management for the private development, power and energy and environmental markets.
