Natalie Walsh has joined Chicago-based TB Premier Services, Inc. (TBPS) as a sales and marketing specialist. She has has worked in the past as a property manager for CRE property owners and managers including Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Younan Properties, Inc., Trizec Properties and Transwestern Commercial Services.
TBPS advises the CRE industry on micro-marketing and branding. They create and maintain meaningful and robust tenant/resident engagement grounded in the property’s identity to drive tenant retention and attraction and provide the needed resources to owners and managers in order to custom create consistent engagement programs that increase the building’s occupancy.
