CannonDesign announced the addition of Swapna Sathyan to the firm as principal and director of workplace strategy consulting. Sathyan will work in partnership with Meg Osman, executive director of CannonDesign’s commercial market, and Michael Bonomo, director of global workplace, to lead the rapid growth of the commercial practice.
In this role, Sathyan helps organizations shape their workplaces to align with and empower their business goals. Her data-driven approach helps companies outline an appropriate workplace strategy and understand how it correlates with their talent strategies and policies.

An architect by training, Sathyan utilizes innovative methods and analytics to enable companies to maximize value through their organizational transformations. She brings over 15 years of experience partnering with C-Suite executives to CannonDesign, and has provided consulting and program leadership related to business and workplace strategy, organizational design, strategic change, workforce transitions, culture and leadership alignment for companies from all different industries.
