St. Louis’ L3 Corporation adds two retail pros

St. Louis-based retail commercial brokerage L3 Corporation added two new members to its team of retail real estate professionals. Rick Spector has joined the firm as a vice president and Kyle Steiner has joined as a broker.

Before joining L3, Spector was the senior vice president of retail brokerage at JLL’s St. Louis office, where he represented both tenants and landlords. Before that, he worked at Regency Centers in Chicago, where he specialized in property listings and development.

At L3, Spector will focus on tenant and landlord representation, as well as the development and redevelopment of commercial property. Spector is a licensed real estate broker in both Missouri and Illinois, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a past board member of IL NextGen.

Steiner brings more than eight years of retail real estate experience to his new role. Before joining L3, he specialized in tenant representation at JLL’s St. Louis office. Steiner began his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield, locating real estate opportunities across the country exclusively for Edward Jones. In addition to being a licensed broker in Missouri, Steiner is also a CCIM candidate.
