Patrick Shannon has been promoted to senior vice president from vice president at Itasca, Illinois-based ML Realty Partners. In his new role as senior vice president, Shannon will lead the leasing and acquisition efforts for ML Realty Partners in the Chicagoland market.
“Patrick’s leadership and execution continue to produce profitable, long-term growth for our company,” said Ryan Hesch, CEO and president of ML Realty Partners. “His passion for industrial real estate has been instrumental in growing the company to one of the top landlords in the Central United States.”
Shannon joined ML Realty Partners in 2012 and has been responsible for numerous major lease signings of buildings and development land during his tenure. Previously, Shannon was a broker with Darwin Realty and Development Corporation where he represented both landlords and tenants in the Chicagoland area.
He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Francis, where he currently serves on the Athletic Alumni Board. Shannon is also an active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
