Six retailers joining Easton Town Center near Columbus

Easton Town Center, a mixed-use complex northeast of Columbus co-developed by The Georgetown Company, L Brands and Steiner + Associates, is adding six new retailers to the town center’s $500 million expansion, including Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce Café & Speakeasy, Arhaus Furniture, Pins Mechanical Co., The Beeline, Forbidden Root Restaurant and Brewery, and CRIMSON - a Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea flagship concept.

Fashion retailer Primark signs lease for location in Chicago's Loop

The Georgetown Company, a New York-based developer and owner of commercial, retail and mixed-use properties, has signed a lease with Primark for 35 N. State Street in Chicago. Primark will take over the entire 45,000-square-foot building and will trade from 36,200 square feet of retail space over three levels. The lease—which paves the way for Primark’s first store in the Midwest—is the largest on State Street since 2014.

Huntley shopping center sells in off-market deal

The approximately 9,000-square-foot retail investment property, Huntley Shops, at 12030-12090 Princeton Drive in Huntley, Illinois sold for $3,060,000 in an off-market sale. Jennifer Hopkins and Olivia Czyzynski of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller while Carolyn Michaels of Chicago Metro Realty represented the buyer.
