Structured Development to develop final phase of Orland Park "triangle" property

The village of Orland Park, Illinois has selected Structured Development LLC to develop the final phase of the southwest suburb’s downtown Main Street “Triangle” property. In a unanimous vote, the village’s Board of Trustees chose Structured Development to complete the five remaining parcels—collectively comprising approximately nine acres—in the 27-acre “Triangle” master plan.

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 50,400-square-foot retail property, located in Palatine, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset went from contract to close in 73 days and sold in an all-cash transaction for $4,442,500.
