Beerhead Bar & Eatery plans Wrigleyville debut

The American craft beer bar franchise, Beerhead Bar & Eatery, has finalized an agreement to make its Chicago debut as part of the much anticipated Addison & Clark complex in the Lakeview neighborhood. Across the street from Wrigley Field, Beerhead will begin serving its more than 500 brands of beer to baseball fans and Wrigley-goers in the spring of 2019.

Target invests in greater Chicago area

Shopping at Target is getting even better for guests in the greater Chicago area. Throughout 2018, the Minneapolis-based retailer will remodel 18 stores and open two new locations around Chicagoland. As part of its investment to become a better, more modern Target for guests, the company is elevating the shopping environment with the next generation of store design.

200,000 SF, mixed-use retail center headed to Lincoln Park

Chicago-based Structured Development has entered into an agreement with the Menomonee Club to purchase its 36,000-square-foot community center at 1535 N. Dayton Street, known as the Drucker Center. Structured plans to develop a new facility for the nonprofit organization on a portion of its 2.5-acre site at the southwest corner of Blackhawk and Kingsbury streets, where the developer has proposed a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use center called The Shops at Big Deahl.
