Wight & Company earns AIA award for work on Will County courthouse

Wight & Company’s vision for a new courthouse in Chicago’s suburbs has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects’ Academy of Architecture for Justice. The design for the Will County Courthouse is one of 15 recipients nationally of the 2018 Justice Facilities Review (JFR) awards program, and one of only four to receive a Citation, the highest honor. The annual JFR program recognizes “the best in justice facility design,” depicting “the latest trends in the design and construction of justice facilities in the United States.”

Talman Consultants moves to landmark Chicago Board of Trade building

Talman Consultants, LLC has expanded its office footprint to 16,917 square feet with a move to the landmark Chicago Board of Trade Building at 141 W. Jackson Boulevard. Pharmaceutical company Iterum Therapeutics relocates U.S. operations to Chicago

Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has successfully advised Iterum Therapeutics US Limited, the U.S. subsidiary of Iterum Therapeutics plc, in leasing 10,318 square feet at 200 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago for its U.S. headquarters. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Iterum Therapeutics is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing anti-infectives aimed at combatting the global crisis of multi-drug resistant pathogens.
