Bridge Development Partners named Developer of the Year at Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards

Stream Realty Partners grows Chicago industrial portfolio to 12 MSF

Since July 2016, 70 industrial properties across the greater Chicago region, totaling approximately 12 million square feet, have been awarded to the Chicago office of Stream Realty Partners, a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company. Chicago industrial activity up by 30%

The Chicago area remains a key industrial hub and target for investors, with the market experiencing a 30.4 percent increase in industrial sales activity year-over-year, through February 2019. Like many markets around the country, portfolio sales volume contributed to Chicago’s industrial velocity.
