CBRE chairman, Bob Wislow, announced that he and CBRE vice chairman, Camille Julmy, are forming a new, boutique real estate venture, Parkside Realty, Inc. The real estate veterans will maintain their portfolio and develop new projects, such as an office building they are developing in Fulton Market.

James McHugh Construction Co., the Chicago-based general contractor whose Nashville office opened in 2014, has promoted Ryan Keane to vice president. River North property closes for $4.3 million in Chicago

Chicago-based 5M Group, Inc. has closed on the sale of 720 N. Wells Street in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Mark Reiter and Paul Nelhart of 5M Group brokered the $4.3 million sale on behalf of the seller, a family trust. The buyer intends to hang their private art collection and to lease out the space for not-for-profit use.
