Wiegmann Associates has completed HVAC work on the new Center for Nursing and Health Sciences on St. Louis Community College’s Forest Park campus. The 96,000-square-foot facility, the first new building to be built on the campus in nearly 20 years, is scheduled for completion later this summer. Wiegmann Associates served as the mechanical contractor.

LA-based community kitchen concept, AMPED Kitchens, headed to Chicago

Amped Kitchens, a Los Angeles-based industrial production space, will open their first facility outside of Los Angeles later this year. Amped Kitchens recently purchased the 117,000-square-foot former Zenith Television factory at 5801 W. Dickens Avenue, located in Chicago’s Galewood neighborhood. Kudan Group managing broker, Brian Laskov, represented Amped Kitchens in the transaction.
