SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller of 1757 N. Kimball Avenue in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. The approximately 48,000-square-foot industrial/flex building—which is located directly on the 606 Trail on an approximately 36,000-square-foot site—sold for $3,550,000.

A six-unit multifamily building sold at 1644 W. 21st Street in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of the Cawthon-Labriola Group at SVN Chicago Commercial were the sole brokers in the transaction. The asset sold for $1,295,000 prior to being listed on the open market.

Belmont-Craigin multifamily sells at $1.2M

A 12-unit multifamily building at 5203 W. Wolfram Street in Chicago’s Belmont-Cragin neighborhood sold for $1,225,000. $3 million land sale proof that West Loop still booming

The 41,796-square-foot land site located at 2123-2147 W. Madison Street in Chicago’s Near West Side sold after less than three months on the market. Scott R. Maesel and Adam Thomas of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. The land, currently zoned to permit 104 units, sold for $3,100,000 to an all-cash buyer.

International coworking company, Offix, has opened its very first U.S. office at Catalyst Lofts, located at 917 W. 18th Street in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.
