MZ Capital to turn Naperville hotel property into micro apartments

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the Regency Inn at 1350 E. Ogden Avenue in Naperville, Illinois, for $3.35 million, according to Steven Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president for the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. JLL Capital Markets arranged a $57.58 million refinancing for Home2Suites by Hilton Chicago River North, a newly constructed, 206-suite, extended-stay hotel in Chicago’s downtown River North neighborhood.
