Irgens brings law firm to BMO Tower

Andrus Intellectual Property Law, LLP is the latest company to announce plans to move to BMO Tower at 790 N. Water St. in the heart of Milwaukee’s central business district. Andrus’ new office space features floor-to-ceiling glass with lake and skyline views. The company will occupy 7,248 rentable square feet on the twenty-second floor.

New tenant added to roster at BMO Tower in Milwaukee

Heartland Advisors will be relocating to BMO Tower at 790 N. Water St. in the heart of Milwaukee’s central business district. Heartland will occupy 10,873 rentable square feet on the 12th floor. Heartland’s new space features floor-to-ceiling glass, views of city hall and a private outdoor terrace.
