Bridge Development Partners, LLC has purchased 133 N. Swift Road, an 87,640-square-foot industrial facility located in Addison, Illinois. YouthBuild Lake County’s Spring Benefit raised $141,000 for its programming, according to the organization’s Board Chairperson, Merit Partners LLC’s David Liebman, SIOR. Liebman has been a board member since 2008 and is the 2018 board chair of the organization, which educates and trains underserved young adults from ages 18 to 24.
