Podolsky Circle negotiates renewal, relocation at Riverwoods Corporate Cent,ph01

Podolsky Circle CORFAC International recently arranged a long-term lease renewal and relocation of RPG-Life Transition Specialists (RPG) and Senior Services of Illinois (SSI) at Riverwoods Corporate Center, 2610 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, Illinois. Podolsky Circle principals Adam Tarantur, CCIM and broker/developer Randy D. Podolsky represented the property owner, RCC JV, LLC, in the lease negotiations.

Located on 2.88 wooded acres, Riverwoods Corporate Center is a Class A, 46,207-square-foot office building designed to meet the needs of professional service firms and corporations with local offices seeking a quiet, aesthetically pleasing office with abundant parking. Developed in 2006, the property benefits from professional management and its close proximity to the Lake Cook Road four-way interchange at I-294, numerous restaurants, hotels and retailers.

The complex has remained at or above 90 percent occupancy since it opened, despite higher vacancy rates throughout the North Shore during the same period. Riverwoods Corporate Center offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs by allowing them to invest equity in the project in conjunction with a lease for their company.

RPG-Life Transition Specialists is a firm that provides successful individuals and corporations with a second opinion of their current financials and life course. Senior Services of Illinois is a leading provider of Medicare and health insurance options provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. The firms, who have leased within Riverwoods Corporate Center since 2009, are relocating to a reconfigured space that represents their current and future business model.

“Riverwoods Corporate Center is pleased to be retaining RPG & SSI at this unique office property, which was developed for tenants just like them,” said Podolsky. “We were able to accommodate our valued tenant within the same building in a new space that fits their evolving needs.”
