Plans for second phase of Green Bay Packer's Titletown unveiled,ph01

Titletown Development LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers, announced its plans for Phase 2 of Titletown, the mixed-use real estate development in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, located directly west of Green Bay’s Lambeau Field.

Highlighted by approximately 220 residences and a four- to five-story office building, Phase 2 adds to the “live” and “work” elements of Titletown’s draw.

The residences will be built at the site along Brookwood Drive and include up to 150 units in an apartment building, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The remaining 70 to 90 residences are anticipated to be a mix of three different styles of townhomes available for ownership.

The design of the Titletown residences will be a homage to the area’s industrial history and its natural surroundings, while envisioning greater Green Bay’s burgeoning future. To create that vision, initial design plans call for the use of industrial brick and steel, woods and a natural color palette that speaks to the many natural wonders of Northeastern Wisconsin.

The office building, to be located along Lombardi Avenue and Marlee Lane, will be four to five stories and consist of approximately 130,000 square feet of Class-A, premium office space. Wisconsin-based Commercial Horizons will be an investor in the development and the designer of the office building, which will feature capacity for up to 400 workers.

Final details of the residences, including cost and available options, are being completed and will be announced later this year. Construction for both residences and the office building is slated to begin in spring 2019. Reservations for those interested in Titletown’s residences will begin later this football season. Completion of the initial residences and the full office building is expected by summer 2020.

The residences are being developed by Titletown Development in conjunction with GK Titletown Developers, LLC, a joint venture between Glimcher Capital Group and Kaufman Development. The apartment units are being designed by Seattle-based NBBJ. The architect of record is global design firm Humphreys & Partners Architects. The townhomes are being designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, also an international firm. The office building architect is Performa, located in De Pere, Wisconsin.

The Green Bay Packers and Titletown Development are responsible for the creation of Titletown, the redevelopment of a nearly 45-acre parcel of land that is designed to maximize its unique location to attract visitors, spur regional economic growth, offer amenities to residents and complement Greater Green Bay’s draw as an excellent location to live, work, play and visit on a year-round basis.

Current offerings within Titletown include a large public park and plaza with outdoor games and fitness activities; a winter skating rink and tubing hill located at Ariens Hill; the four-diamond Lodge Kohler hotel; the Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Clinic; Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery; and TitletownTech, a one-of-a-kind partnership with Microsoft bringing world-class digital innovations and expertise to Northeastern Wisconsin through an innovation lab, venture studio and venture fund.
