Northbrook, Illinois-based Pine Tree, LLC announced a key promotion reflecting the company’s focus on building and maintaining a strong and dynamic team as it continues to expand its portfolio of shopping centers across the country. Jennifer Costa was promoted to executive vice president, director of property management.
Costa, a Pine Tree team member since 2005 and most recently senior vice president, director of property management, has played an integral role in the organization’s success over nearly 15 years. As executive vice president, she will leverage her expertise and leadership to foster continued growth of a department that manages the operations of nearly $1 billion in retail real estate assets nationwide and now includes a new Los Angeles-based property management office.
