Molto Properties has hired Nathan Mead as director of operations. In this role, Mead will be responsible for managing the entire company’s industrial portfolio. His responsibilities will include leading and managing capital improvement and tenant projects, overseeing the preparation of operating expense budgets, assisting with the disposition of assets and interacting with existing and new tenants.
“We are excited to welcome Nathan as the newest member of our team. Nathan’s role is crucial as Molto Properties is focused on expanding its presence throughout the country,” said Todd Naccarato, Molto founder and managing principal.
Mead joins the Molto team bringing over a decade of property management experience. He was most recently general manager at NAI Hiffman overseeing an 18-million-square-foot portfolio. His background lends itself well as Molto continues to grow in the marketplace and increases its footprint across the nation. Mead received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Moody in Chicago and is a licensed broker in the state of Illinois.
