Bill Wardwell has joined the Minneapolis office of Transwestern Commercial Services as director of brokerage operations. In this role, he will work with local market leadership to continue to elevate the occupier, agency leasing and capital markets services offered to tenants, owners and investors of commercial real estate.
Wardwell’s 32 years of industry experience, relationships and skills enhance Transwestern’s unique service delivery platform. He has extensive experience leading multifaceted brokerage teams developing new business.
Wardwell was awarded the 2017 NAIOP Minnesota President’s Award and was the 2016 recipeint of the SIOR Minnesota|Dakotas Robert P. Boblett Award, both of which recognize outstanding service in the commercial real estate industry and community. He joins the company from Colliers International|Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Transwestern’s local team of 17 brokers has seen strategic growth over the past five years with the expansion of multiple service lines including the enhancement of the office services team and the addition of a dedicated Occupier Services group led by Managing Director Brian Fogelberg.
