Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson names SVP

Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson Realty Company has promoted Jeff Hildahl to senior vice president of properties and leasing. He will succeed Jerry Sand, who will retire next spring.

In his new position, Hildahl will be responsible for the execution of Kraus-Anderson Company’s real estate asset strategy, overseeing leasing, property management, acquisitions and dispositions, including driving growth and value to KA Realty’s diverse portfolio of five million square feet across the upper Midwest.

Hildahl joined Kraus-Anderson Realty in 2011 and previously served as vice president of leasing, sales and acquisitions. Prior to KA, he had more than 25 years of experience in the leasing and management of commercial real estate, working with REITS such as General Growth Properties and The Macerich Company, and locally with Opus.
