Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson Financial Services appoints VP

Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson Financial Services Group, Inc. has promoted attorney Peter Diessner to vice president. He will oversee the financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence and sourcing and funding of debt and equity for Kraus-Anderson’s existing and prospective portfolio of real estate.

Prior to joining KAFS in May 2018 as director, Diessner was a Twin Cities real estate attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, and most recently at Speeter & Johnson. He focused his practice on complex transactions and litigation involving real estate.

Diessner received his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association and holds a certification from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). Diessner also is a MSBA Certified Real Property Law Specialist and was selected as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Super Lawyers in 2017 and 2018, an honor earned by only 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys.
