A veteran in the real estate industry, Brim brings more than 32 years of experience in successfully growing dynamic organizations.
Prior to joining Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Brim held leadership roles at Placid Investors, Brennan Investment Group, Zeller Realty Corporation, CBRE and other firms. He has worked on high profile mergers (such as the merger of U.S. Equites and CBRE), acquisitions, financing and successful operations of more than $7 billion in the commercial and industrial real estate sectors throughout his career.
