David E. Flores has joined Matanky Realty Group as vice president, director of property management. Flores comes to Matanky with a deep background in construction and property management, having worked on projects of varying size, type, budget and location.
His experience includes working with both owners and tenants to build manufacturing plants, multi-tenant structures and restaurants. Flores works directly with prominent brands including Starbucks, Vienna Beef, Playboy Enterprises, Wendy’s, Aspen Dental and AT&T. These projects, and others in his portfolio, include retail, medical/office, entertainment and government developments ranging from $250,000 to $10 million in cost.
As vice president, director of property management, Flores will streamline communications between owners, tenants, contractors and service providers. He will also oversee tenant relations and property maintenance for the Chicago-based firm.
