Marcus & Millichap sold a 4,424-square-foot McDonald’s in Greensburg, Indiana. The restaurant sold for $1.37 million.

Brian Parmacek, first vice president investments, and Julian Zunarelli, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Indiana-based private investor.

The California-based buyer was secured and represented by Rich Merryman, executive managing director investments, Ryan Wilmer, first vice president investments, and Bill Schofield, senior managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office. Regional Manager, Josh Caruana assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Indiana.

Located at 1903 N. Lincoln St. in Greensburg, this property is in a strong retail corridor surrounded by many national retailers. McDonald’s has been operating at this site since 1979 and renovated this location in 2014. The current lease has more than 20 years remaining with rental increases every five years after year 10.
