Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 10,800-square foot, mixed-use property located in Oak Park, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset, located at 109 N. Oak Park Avenue, sold for $1,800,000.

Andrean Angelov, first vice president investments, Ryan D. Engle, senior vice president investments, and Samuel M. Antreasian, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller. Angelov and Engle represented the buyer.

The unit mix is comprised of four three-bedroom/one-bathroom units, each featuring in-unit laundry, and two retail spaces. The property is positioned near the corner of Oak Park Avenue and Lake Street directly across from the Oak Park CTA green line station, within walking distance of numerous retail and dining options and 10 miles west of the downtown Chicago Loop.
