Latitude Commercial represented Jump Zone on a long-term sublease of the former Walgreens at 1605 E 37th Ave in Hobart, Indiana.
The 15,068-square-foot Hobart building, formerly a Walgreens that is being remodeled, will open in the fall of this year.
The Jump Zone franchise has 13 current locations nationwide. This will be its first in Indiana. Jump Zone offers activities for kids, including giant inflatable bounce houses and slides, obstacle courses, arcade games, birthday parties and more.
Latitude Commercial’s Myles Rapchak represented Jump Zone in the lease.
