Cushman and Wakefield announced that Ken Loeber and Terr Rennaker have joined the firm.
Loeber will take the role of President, Project and Eevelopment Services, Americas and Rennaker will work as the firm’s senior managing director in the Project and Development Services branch.
Loeber and Rennaker are based in Charlotte and most recently were founding principals of Eagle Rock partners, a specialty project management firm focused on corporate projects and development management. They have worked together for more than 15 years and have delivered projects and services all over the world including office, mission critical, health care, industrial and retail.
