Industrial Property Brokers principal Tim Echemann represented the seller and buyer of a 7,290-square-foot flex facility in Troy, Ohio. Gospel Community Church purchased the facility.
The church paid $310,000 for about half-an-acre of land. The building is 70-foot-by-60-foot with a 12-foot clear height. It includes about 2,800 square feet of office space and 3,850 square feet of warehouse space.
The building was built in 1952.
Located at 1102 S. Market St. in Troy, the property previously served as a car dealership.
Gospel Community Church leases a building at 214 W. Main St. in Troy. It will vacate the property after interior renovations. The church plans to occupy the new space by Oct. 21.
