The Kidtson Family sold a former ArcelorMittal plant for $4.65 million to buyer Toledo Tool and Die, which was founded in 1940 by the Kujawa family and is still a family-run business. Tony Kujawa is the president of the American supplier to the automotive industry, which specializes in stamped parts.
Toledo Tool and Die is expected to have five new lines of metal presses to serve the automotive industry, including Tesla. The plant features 30-ton cranes and drive-through semi lanes that are ideal for the new purchaser. The company is growing rapidly and the new facility will accommodate its expansion.
