Therese Cochran has joined Indianapolis’ Birge & Held as director of property management, client assets. In this role, Cochran serves as the head of Birge & Held’s third-party management platform.
Cochran brings more than 25 years of real estate management experience to the firm. She has leased, managed and repositioned billions of dollars in multifamily assets.
