Harrison Street bolsters client services and marketing team

Harrison Street, a real estate investment firm dedicated to the education, healthcare and storage sectors, announced that Elizabeth Wohlleb has joined the firm’s client services and marketing team. Wohlleb was most recently a managing director at Greenfield Partners and will join Harrison Street as a managing director.

“Elizabeth is an experienced professional, and we are excited she is joining Harrison Street’s best-in-class client services and marketing team,” Christopher Merrill, co-founder and chief executive officer of Harrison Street, said. “Elizabeth brings more than 20 years of experience and deep, longstanding relationships within the institutional investment community. We look forward to her contributions as we seek to further meet the growing demands of sophisticated institutional investors.”

At Greenfield Partners, Wohlleb was responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and business development strategies across its funds. Previously, she served as a director of client relations at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (RREEF), managing over 130 clients and a total of $4 billion in assets under management in the Midwest region. Prior to RREEF, Wohlleb served as a principal at Capri Capital Partners, where she held increasingly senior roles managing the firm’s institutional investor relationships.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a director at UBS Global Asset Management and as a senior analyst at Mercer Investment Consulting. Wohlleb earned a bachelor of science in finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
