Golub & Company hires Sandy Macaluso as vice president, leasing

Chicago-based Golub & Company, an international real estate investment and development firm, has expanded its leasing team, hiring seasoned Chicago commercial real estate professional Sandy Macaluso. Reporting to Deborah Frank, senior vice president, leasing, Macaluso is responsible for the leasing and marketing of commercial properties in the Golub & Company downtown Chicago portfolio.

Macaluso has more than 15 years of experience in agency leasing and tenant representation, negotiating more than 500 office and retail transaction in major U.S. markets. In her previous role with GlenStar Properties, she helped reposition the Chicago Board of Trade building to draw a more diverse tenant base following a major renovation. She also served as a vice president, tenant advisory, at Transwestern. Macaluso earned a BA degree from Illinois State University and is a licensed real estate broker with the state of Illinois.
