Shoe Sensation, a national discount footwear retailer, has signed three leases in outstate Michigan markets so far this year.
The retailer already opened its 7,305-square-foot Sturgis, Michigan, location at the Kroger-anchored Sturgis Plaza. Shoe Sensation also took a 4,700-square-foot space at Schostak’s Walmart shadow center in Bad Axe, Michigan. And the company most recently signed a lease for a 6,521 square foot space at Telegraph Plaza in Monroe, Michigan.
