TradeLane Properties has closed on the acquisition of TLP Bridgeview Logistics Center, a 254,425-square-foot industrial building on 20+ acres located at 7557-7575 S. 78th Avenue, Bridgeview, Illinois. Steve Connolly, Larry Much and Drew Bulson of NAI Hiffman brokered the deal and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, CIBC Bank USA and Fidelity National Title further assisted in this transaction.

The single- or multi-tenant facility includes a Class 6B real estate tax incentive and features secured trailer storage, outside storage capacity, interior/exterior rail Indiana Harbor Belt rail service, 20-foot clear height, 37 dock doors, one drive-in door, 78+ trailer positions and 1600 amp/480 volt power capable of supporting manufacturing uses.
