CBRE recently represented IRET in the sale of 1865 Woodlane Drive, a 69,600-square-foot industrial building in Woodbury, Minnesota, to Sterling Real Estate Trust.

The property is located just south of the intersection of Interstates 494 and 94 and is currently 100% occupied by 3M.
