January 9, 2019 |

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 6,200-square-foot retail property located in Bourbonnais, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset, which is 100 percent leased to Five Guys, Firehouse Subs and Lacey’s Place, sold for $2,525,000.

Austin Weisenbeck, senior vice president investments, and Sean R. Sharko, senior vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the California-based buyer.

Located at 1609-1617 North State Route 50, the new construction property is an outparcel to Water Town Plaza which is anchored by Target and many other national retailers. Northfield Square Mall, the only mall within a 40-mile radius, shares a traffic signal with the property.
