Ascension Health recently extended its lease and expanded its offices into 61,000 square feet at 11775 Borman in Maryland Heights, Mo., with the help of a pair of brokers with the St. Louis office of
Colliers International.
Colliers’ Steve Tharpe and Spencer Toder represented Ascension Health, helping the organization expand its health system support facilities in the region.
In the past year, Colliers has represented Ascension Health in three lease transactions in the St. Louis market totaling 120,000 square feet of commercial office space.
