Doug Weber has been promoted to vice president, project executive at Holland Construction Services. In his new role, he will continue working with developers and other clients on multifamily housing and senior living, but also office, retail and light industrial, including lead generation, project pursuits, contract negotiation, preconstruction and oversight during construction

Weber joined Holland in 2007 as a project manager and was promoted to director of multifamily housing in 2013. As a partner at Holland, Weber will also be more involved in the general running of the business, working directly with Holland’s executive vice president and COO on risk analysis, contracts, insurance, etc.
“During my tenure at Holland I’ve had the good fortune of working alongside true professionals, not only within the Holland organization, but also with clients who have entrusted Holland to build their projects and subcontractors who we’ve relied upon to execute those projects,” said Weber. “Through these working relationships I’ve been able to grow in my depth of knowledge within the construction industry and I look forward to building upon this expertise to grow in our ability to serve our clients well into the future.”
Weber received a degree in construction management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
