Detroit office of Cushman & Wakefield adds industrial veteran

Cushman & Wakefield’s Detroit office has hired an industrial broker with a wealth of experience in logistics.

Kyle Passage joined the firm in July, following a stint at SVN|Stewart Commercial Group. Prior to breaking into commercial real estate brokerage, Passage gained valuable insight into the third-party logistics world with a decade spent at UPS, FedEx Ground and other transportation companies. Passage also founded his own commercial cleaning company in 2014.

Passage will focus on industrial leasing and sales throughout southeastern Michigan, with a focus on the Interstate 96, Interstate 275 and Livingston County submarkets.

The Detroit office has added several key pieces throughout the past year. Steve Kozak, a veteran industrial broker, joined the firm in the spring. In March, the firm acquired the seven-member valuation & advisory team formerly of Terzo & Bologna, increasing the office’s Detroit-area services even more.
