Colliers International Detroit has added Marshall O’Keefe as an associate vice president.
O’Keefe specializes in landlord and tenant representation for office space primarily in downtown Detroit and surrounding suburbs.
Prior to joining Colliers International, O’Keefe spent five years managing the Bedrock Detroit office portfolio, totaling more than 6 million square feet. He represented the landlord on several marquee office transactions in downtown Detroit including LinkedIn, UBS, Dow Jones/Wall Street Journal, Accenture and WeWork.
O’Keefe has also successfully negotiated record-high rents for several office buildings in downtown Detroit and has completed more than 100 lease transactions.
