Cushman & Wakefield has named Terri-lynn Mitchell, a longtime leader within the company, as City Lead for Asset Services in its Minneapolis-St. Paul office, one of the largest Asset Services offices in the country.
Mitchell joins the Minneapolis-St. Paul office after three years overseeing Asset Services, which includes property management, engineering operations, client accounting and other key functions, for Cushman & Wakefield’s Indianapolis office.
Mitchell has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience in all, including previous positions with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa, Florida, office; Means Knaus Partners; and RREEF Management Co.
