Cushman & Wakefield marketing key 3CDC properties in Cincinnati

Cincinnati developer and property-owner Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) has named Terry Ohnmeis and Andrew Sellet, in the Cincinnati office of Cushman & Wakefield, as its leasing agents for two key downtown Cincinnati properties.

Ohnmeis and Sellet will work actively to lease the retail space at Fountain Place, the former Macy’s and Tiffany & Co. building at the corner of Fifth and Vine streets in downtown Cincinnati. The targeted prospective tenants will be high-profile, new-to-market restaurants and retailers.

Ohnmeis and Sellet will also represent the landlords in leasing the approximately 21,500 square feet of retail space at Fourth & Race, the 264-unit multifamily development under construction on Fourth Street between Race and Elm streets, next to Saks Fifth Avenue and the Hyatt Hotel.

“Fountain Place and Fourth & Race are two exciting retail opportunities in the downtown Cincinnati market, and I’m expecting significant interest in both,” Ohnmeis said. “I’m also excited to work with 3CDC. They’re a dynamic company responsible for much of downtown Cincinnati’s revitalization.”

Both sites offer a premier location in the center of downtown Cincinnati, just a block from the Duke Energy Convention Center and a short walk from the Ohio River.

“These are two of our highest-priority projects in downtown Cincinnati,” Adam Gelter, 3CDC’s Executive Vice President of Development, said. “Cushman & Wakefield’s track record in Cincinnati and ability to find the right tenants for projects are a perfect fit for these developments.”

The restaurant and retail space at Fountain Place will be available for opening the first half of 2020. The Fourth & Race development is expected to open in the second quarter of 2020.
