Steve Kozak has joined the metro Detroit office of Cushman & Wakefield as a director, specializing in servicing industrial clients.
Kozak is a market leader in industrial real estate regionally and nationally, with 15 years of experience serving clients in the Interstate-96 corridor. Kozak has received the World Class Club award each of the past seven years. In 2016, he completed a deal recognized in Crain’s Detroit Business as one of the biggest deals that year.
Kozak joins a team of 18 employees in Cushman & Wakefield’s metro Detroit office, based in the American Center building in Southfield, Michigan. He previously served as senior associate at Signature Associates for more than eight years.
