Cushman & Wakefield and Grandin Properties announced today that The Strietmann Center in Cincinnati is now home to multiple international companies. Recent tenant Saatchi/Saatchi X, Inc., owned by Paris-based Publicis, is already expanding its original lease of the sixth floor to include 15,202 square feet on the fifth floor.

London-based Parker Williams, a branding/graphics design company is opening its first U.S. office, and Everything But the House, an award winning local start-up with global operations, moved into the center in January.

The 88,000-square-foot Class A office building is located at 231 W. 12th St. in the Over-The-Rhine district, an area just north of Cincinnati’s Central Business District. OTR, the city’s longtime cultural and creative epicenter, now is garnering the attention of creative business thinkers from around the globe.

Grandin also has 155 spaces in the Washington Park Garage through a 2015 parking agreement with the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. Additionally, the location offers easy access via car, streetcar, metro, red bikes, Uber, taxis, and is a two-minute drive to Interstates 75 and 71. Grandin Properties is represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Director Scott Abernethy, SIOR, CCIM, and Senior Associate Michelle Klingenberg.

The Strietmann Center recently received LEED GOLD certification, placing the building among a limited number of such buildings in the Cincinnati region. The building offers a penthaus conference center with terrace lounge, shower facilities and bike racks. Also, the Strietmann Center is Cincinnati’s first downtown commercial space with solar panels.
