National commercial real estate firm Cresa has named Dave Metzger as chief financial officer. Metzger will lead Cresa’s finance team with a focus on financial reporting, long-term financial and strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions as the company continues to expand and reach new markets.
Metzger, a seasoned finance executive, joins Cresa from Frontpoint Security, where he served as chief financial officer, and was responsible for finance, accounting, legal and risk management.
From 2007 to 2016, Metzger acted as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at RE/MAX Holdings, where he oversaw a variety of financial and operational initiatives, including leading a successful IPO and secondary offering.
With more than 25 years of experience working with private equity firms and real estate service companies, Metzger has a strong track record of financial management and operational excellence in a variety of sectors.
As a CPA and attorney with experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Metzger brings deep financial. legal and operational expertise to Cresa.
