Michael Weiss has joined the Cleveland office of Goodman Real Estate Services Group as senior director.
Weiss brings 13 years of commercial real estate experience to Goodman.
He will specialize in buyer/tenant representation, land assemblage, development, property marketing, surplus dispositions, leasing and management of multifamily investments. His current list of clients includes Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Del Taco, ICHOR Restaurant Group, AAMCO Transmissions and TWL Investments.
