Co-developers Confluent Senior Living and Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) will begin construction on a new 158,083-square-foot senior living community in Cordova, Tennessee. Named HarborChase of Cordova, the development will deliver 144 apartments for area seniors and is planned to open in the first quarter of 2020.
The project marks the partnership’s second development in east Memphis, with its HarborChase of Germantown project anticipated to open in summer 2019.
