George Flynn has joined the Cincinnati office of Lee & Associates as managing principal for brokerage services.
Flynn has experience in tenant representation, leasing and sales, investment sales, site selection, disposition and development.
For more than three decades, he has built relationships with institutional, corporate and local owners such as The Kroger Company, Macy’s, Sears Holdings, United Dairy Farmers, Bayer Properties and Walgreen’s. Flynn has been involved in more than $900 million worth of real estate transactions and has developed more than 1.1 million square feet of retail space during his more than 30-year real estate career.
